1) Where are Raindrops' products produced?
All Raindrops products are Made in USA, in our factory in Downers Grove, IL.
Sizes of babies vary with every age. Raindrops does have a "Size Chart," under the "Customer Service" tab at the top of the Home Page, which will help with weights and lengths. On average, since our products are top quality, our sizing runs a little larger than most other companies.
Yes, most of our styles are completely machine washable and dryable. The care/content labels in the garments have more detailed information.
4) What payment types does Raindrops accept?
Credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover. or American Express. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. All payments are charged the day the order ships using a secure, offsite payment center, in order to protect your privacy and security.
5) How do I know if Raindrops received my order?
A valid e-mail address is required with all orders. You will receive a confirmation e-mail for the order and the verification of payment, prior to shipping. Another confirmation e-mail will be send when the order is shipped out and you will receive a notice from the shipping company that the item was sent.
6) Will Raindrops include a gift card with my order?
Yes, Raindrops will be happy to include one of our hand written gift cards at no additional charge! Simply, write in your personal note with your name as you would like it signed in the "Gift Message" section in the Check Out Cart and we will include it with your gift.
7) Where do Raindrops' products ship out of?
Downers Grove, IL, 60515, which is near Chicago, IL.
Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from receipt of order. If an order is needed immediately, please enter that information in the Customer Notes section in the Shopping Cart, and we will attempt to ship within the same day, if the order is received by noon, central standard time. Raindrops ships all orders via UPS, Fed-Ex and other select carriers.
