Return and Exchange Policy


We stand behind our products and if you receive something that is the wrong size, or the print is not what you expected, or the item is just not right, send it back to us for an exchange or refund. All purchases of sale items are final. No refunds or exchanges will be honored for sale items.

We do have a few requirements that are needed for a return:

1) We need to be contacted before the return is shipped out and the item needs to be returned within 30 days of the original ship date, which appears on your Packing Slip. Please, call: 630-968-5100 or e-mail: info@RaindropsBaby.com.

2) The item must be unwashed, unworn, with no stains or spots from washing mishaps.

3) The original tags and packaging must be in place.

4) There may be no personalization on the garment.

5) Include the enclosed Return Authorization Form in the box with the item that you are returning. If lost, it can be downloaded here: Return Authorization Form.

6) Return shipping needs to be paid by the recipient, not Raindrops. We recommend that you use an insured mail service; Raindrops is not responsible for items that we do not receive. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Unfortunately, Raindrops can not refund original or return shipping fees. Refunds for the items are only issued to the credit card used by the purchaser of the item, if it is within 30 days of that original ship date.
