FAQ:

1) How do stores order product?

Click on the "Register" button on the Home Page and fill in the required short online form. Click on "Submit" and the information will come to Raindrops for processing. If you are ordering online for the first time, within 2 business days or less, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of your company's status. Acceptance into the site will allow you to see wholesales prices, under the **Wholesale Products** category, and place orders directly online. Wholesale products begin with the # symbol.

You may also phone, fax., e-mail, or mail orders to our corporate location, found in the Contact Us tab at the top of the Home Page.

2) Are Raindrops' products pre-packed?

Yes, most of our styles are pre-packed either in multiples of 3's, 6's, or 12's. The "Select Wholesale Pack Option" on every styles' window gives you the quantities in the pack and gives you the color or style options available. The "Price" is the total price of the pre-packed product, and not the individual price per piece. Simply divide the "Price" price shown by the total pieces listed in the "Select Wholesale Pack Option", and you will have the individual per piece wholesale price. 

3) Does Raindrops drop ship for stores?

1) Yes, we do offer drop shipping on individual items for a small handling fee per box, plus the cost of shipping. We recommend that an order have at least a $10.00 wholesale total cost in order to off-set the shipping and handling fees.

2) Drop ship Purchase Orders need to be e-mailed to info@RaindropsBaby.com or faxed to 630-968-5773. They can NOT be placed online. Please, include the recipient's name, address, style number, size and color of the item being dropped shipped on your Purchase Order.

3) Please, include your store packing slip with any message for the recipient from the buyer, including the buyer's name, if the item is a gift, so the recipient knows who the gift is from.

4) Drop ship orders will ship within 1-3 business days from receipt of order.

5) Drop ship orders are shipped UPS ground, unless an Express service is requested.

6) Your stores's credit card is charged the day the drop ship order is shipped out to the recipient.

7) Your store will receive tracking information from UPS.

8) If the drop ship order is returned to us, due to an incorrect recipient's shipping address, a $10.00 fee, plus any secondary UPS charges are charged to the store to re-ship the order.

9) Returns of unused, unwashed products with original packaging and tags are accepted within 30 days of the Purchase Order date, for refund or replacement. Refund of product cost only; no refunds on shipping or fees.  Please call 800-544-2427 for return authorization prior to shipping and click on the following form: Return Authorization Form. Return freight is to be paid by the store or the recipient.

4) When will my wholesale order be shipped?

Most wholesale orders are shipped within two weeks of receipt of order. If an order is needed immediately, please enter that information in the Customer Notes section in the Shopping Cart, and we will attempt to ship within 24-48 hours. If an order is needed for a later date, please enter the shipping dates in the same Customer Notes section, in the Shopping Cart. If you have any other specific needs, please call 800-544-2427 or 630-968-5100, or e-mail info@RaindropsBaby.com and we will do everything to accommodate your requests.

5) How is my wholesale order shipped, and from what location?

Raindrops standard shipping is UPS ground, from Downers Grove, IL 60515. Freight charges are based on weight and dimensional shipping rates, when applicable, according to UPS. Expedited UPS options are available during the checkout procedure.

6) How are Backorders or Out of Stock items handled?

Since Raindrops manufacturers in the USA, we stock product and ship with an overall completion rate of about 99.5%. However, on occasion, we will be out of a product. Depending on the total $ amount of the missing item, it will either be marked "Out of Stock" and cancelled, or it will be marked "Backordered" and will be shipped at a later, timely date.

7) Do you ship substituted product?

Never, missing styles will either be marked "Out of Stock" or "Backordered," but will never be substituted with a completely different style. On occasion, bibs are discontinued and newer styles with the same saying, are shipped in place of the older styles.

8) How are wholesale returns handled?

In the very rare event that there is something wrong with an item, please call 800-544-2427 or 630-968-5100 or e-mail: info@RaindropsBaby.com  for a return authorization, prior to sending back the item. When sending it back, please include the Return Authorization Form.

9) How are wholesale price changes handled?

On occasion, wholesale prices will change without notice. We can not predict when costs will go up, but be assured, Raindrops does everything possible to maintain pricing at the lowest levels possible. Wholesale prices online will be the most accurate indicators of current product prices.

 

WHOLESALE PAYMENT OPTIONS:

1) Credit Card:

Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover. Cards are not charged until the day of shipping. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.

2) Pre-payment:

Business checks accepted when mailed in prior to delivery; a 10-14 waiting period may apply. Money Orders and Cashiers Checks accepted with no waiting period.

3) Net 30:

Based on prior pre-approval of credit application form. Click here to download the application form.

 

WHOLESALE REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Order:

$250 for first time orders.

Minimum Reorder:

$100 for reorders. $5.00 Service Charge for all orders below minimum amounts.
